Provide your documents for your new virtual office

1. CoC (KVK) extract
What company are you providing documents for? *
Is your company already registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce? *

Upload a recent, digitally authenticated, extract from the Chamber of Commerce (no more than 3 months old). If you do not already have an extract click on "Order an extract from the Chamber of Commerce".

Order an extract from the Chamber of Commerce

Maximum file size: 3 GB

You must submit your digitally authenticated extract to our customer service department within 2 weeks of your company's registration. You can mail your extract to contact@onlyoffices.nl

2. UBO form

Upload a recent, digitally authenticated, UBO extract from the Chamber of Commerce (no more than 3 months old). If you do not already have an extract click on "Order an extract from the Chamber of Commerce".

Maximum file size: 3 GB

You must submit your digitally authenticated UBO extract to our customer service department within 2 weeks of your company's registration. You can mail your extract to contact@onlyoffices.nl

3. Identification documents of all UBOs.

Upload a copy of the identification documents of all UBOs.

Maximum file size: 3 GB
4. Proof of your residential address

Upload a document to verify your residential address. The document should not be older than 3 months and may be 1 of the following documents: bill from a utility company (gas, water, electricity), bill from a telecommunications, internet or television provider, proof of registration in the municipal registry, bill from municipal taxes, letter from the tax authorities or a bank statement.
